When can I expect my order?

Since all items are made to order, my processing time is 4-5 weeks until an item is shipped. After that, it usually takes USPS 2-7 business days to drop off your package depending on the shipping time you have chosen.

Do you do custom orders?

I am not able to do customs couples/images on the item. If you have a book series you would like to see, let me know and I can see about adding it in the future! 

If you would like your item in a color that is not currently offered, send me an email or message me on etsy and we can talk about other options! Please note that there is an additional charge for any item that is any other color besides white. To place these orders they MUST be done through a custom order on Etsy that I will send to you privately. Please message me before purchasing and I can make sure to grab the color you want on my next sweatshirt order.

Do you ship internationally?

For any orders outside of the USA please send me a message. Most international orders will be placed on Etsy instead of my website and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. 

How should I care for my items?

Please follow the care instructions on the tag. I would recommend washing inside out and laying to dry to avoid any distortion, and avoid washing with items like zippers or hooks that may snag the embroidery. 

Do you accept returns?

Any items that have a custom element (sweatshirt color, changed thread color, etc..) will NOT be accepted for a return and are final sale. Any other items (any item you can buy directly on my website) will only be accepted for a refund or exchange if there is an error/defect with the items. Because each item is made to order, returns won't be accepted for items that are the wrong size, so PLEASE double check your size before placing an order. I entered the wrong address, can you change it?

Depending on how quickly you let me know, I am usually able to update a shipping address. But, if the item has already shipped out, there isn't' anything I can do. 

If you need to update an address please send me an email. If you don't hear back from me within 48 hrs please send a follow up email in the case the email was missed. If you don't hear back from me YOUR ADDRESS IT NOT UPDATED. Please don't assume since you sent a first email that it has been changed. I will email you back a confirmation that it has been updated. 

If an item is shipping to the wrong address and you need it resent, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
